It Seems to Work
Ok, I think I finally got all the bugs out of my template and I even added the neat little “comment bubble” icon for aesthetic purposes. I'm really pleased and happy with it.
On the negative side, however, Blogger tagged this weblog as a spam blog … at least until someone looks it over.
It’s probably because I’ve accessed it a million times while making changes to the template to see how something looked or to see if it would work.
Anyway, I discovered something new.
If anyone wants to use this template, I don’t have to mail it to you, all you have to do is click “View” in the Internet Explorer toolbar and then click “Source.” A “notepad” window will open with the HTML code.
If you use a firewall, you might have to disable it first.
Then all you have to do is erase your current template in blogger and then copy and paste what’s in “notepad” in its place.
I think that’d work.
You might want “Preview” it before saving changes just to make sure.
I’m still not 100 percent happy with the template. I want to go in and clean it up a bit and add a few more "comment tags" (< !-- --> -- minus the space between the < and !) … so whenever I want to make changes … I’ll know exactly where to go.
Anyway, that’s it for today.
